# NWO Capital — NWO ecosystem agent runner

NWO Capital is the L1-L5 stack of a four-system ecosystem on Base mainnet (chain 8453).
About 80 wallet-mediated endpoints. The compiler/runtime layers in NWO-ASM are MIT and free;
only live external compute carries per-call USDC settlement. Use is opt-in.
